Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (X years) as a Public Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in a governmental or public sector setting.
3. Excellent understanding of public finance principles, fiscal policies, and economic theories.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial data effectively.
5. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Stata, SPSS) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel for financial modeling and data manipulation.
6. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research, utilizing diverse sources and methodologies.
7. Solid knowledge of financial risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
